Things work more or less smoothly until you buy and make the payment. Then the fun begins.
You get no delivery on the promised date.
You call customer care and get connected after 10 mins. After multiple tries you might be lucky enough to talk to a CCE.
Customer care guys listen to you problem and then disconnect the phone w/o giving any answer (the genie of technical problem cuts their call).
Finally you decide to cancel the delivery and they accept your request(very kind.but wait). You get no mail/text/call confirming that.
You cancel the delivery by sending a mail(as par their system.very advanced) but still you dont get a confirmation. Not even an auto reply.
Currently I am stuck at this phase.
One of the CCEs told me it will take 48 hours to give a cancellation confirmation(48 hrs just to confirm the cancellation.seriously)? And 5-7 working days to confirm the refund (which I strongly doubt). I am pretty sure I will have tougher time ahead with these guys. The only good thing is they are "very sorry for your IN-F*ing-CONVENIENCE". As if they have the smallest idea what that word means.
I am very much pissed and if someone can kindly direct me on how to penalise these guys. I will buy him/her a beer.
