I had bought 1 hooded jacket from rediff shopping and they had send me some different color which i didnt like it and after that i had called rediff about that they told me that courier that jacket back to us.and i told them that was your mistake but they told me that sir if you want you need to do that.after this more things had happen with them and after that i told them i didnt require your product refund my money they told sir within 20 days will going to release your payment but today is 4-2-2014 and i was still didnt receive anything from rediff and their customer service is also worst than ever .kindly request you people do not buy anything from rediff and thats the reason why google did not trust rediff. I want to share some mails send by rediff.

See brother you had send me some different color 1st of all and before buying i had spoke to our representative and he told me that what you choose you will get that only.
Your vendor had made mistakes so tell what you do for your customer and i dont have time to send that since i am not responsible for that.
Now show how much customer is important for you
See i had spoke to your vendor he told me that person will going to come at your house with refund cheque at that time you handover that jacket to that person.
Otherwise give me your higher officials e-mail id will going to co-ordinate with them.
