Is the consumerism only on newspapers?
I really don’t know and feel helpless when high collor big group frauds chop your pocket and you find yourself helpless to do anything.
Marketting has become highly goodagardi sort of thing where customers are first lured and once they are gripped, they are thrown out and treated as time wasting creature! On this very site I have seen my products review on which the customers have said they have been looted simply. I myself have been a victim few times. Most of the time it happens once your money is out.
It does not happen only with Rediff shopping but in fact with car purchase( as some one said on the Toyota here), or Delhi Service centers for TVS. It has become too much prevelant and there is no help to the consumers except getting into the consumer case! Certainly no responsibility or conduct shown by the company. Rediff.com is among the pioneer leader in such frauds against the customer.
Three instances of making fools@rediff.com
Once I asked for branded jeans. They delivered and left quickly. When I got back Is aw different color( I wear only Blue Jeans), waist size of 28 while I have been always 32 as I had ordered.Quickly I contacted the customer support and for nothing! My money was wasted, thanks rediff.com and it’s customer support where illiterate peoples perhaps sit to open the mailbox only to delete the mails except appraisals!
Second is a Binocular: It’s lenses came out just after opening the courier packet.Also same binocular was sold on Baazi.com with 25% lesser cost! I was fooled becuase I came to know about bazi only after that!
Third last was electric shaving razor: If you wish to sabotage your facial skin do purchase this machine which can’t work over 4 days old beards and the machine starts making noise only with no rotar working! Better one I again got from baazi.com.
In all the three the customer care serrvice just behaved like I was writing mails in air! I Promised to never get back to rediff.com I have an email account on this highly unauthentic web page. Since it is among my oldest accounts I can’t close it. value my words, never trust this site. From virus security to false news to baised polls to product sellings this site is not worthy! If you have to try e- marketting use Baazi.com instead.
How to beat the fraudism being played by so called respected Industries:
A big question Relaince Infocom, it duped so many customers, and I am among those. False bills, misbehaving staffs and zero customer care. TVS service station...Sachin sells you the bike thereafter you feel you are sold! Frauds which are being done by such big companies against customers must be dealt.
No political protection or patronage should engulf the customer and false marketting practices should be stopped.
A forum of customers should be made against this. It is really alarming where you have no choice but have to cry!
