I had an irritating experience in this site.I Have purchased many products from flipkart and amazon.But by seeing the challenging price in this I bought a blackberry tour 9630 mobile.Just it was a used and refurnished mobile which they send to me even was having a local EMI number and all other accessories seems to be duplicate.since the mobile which they send me is defective I just call to the customer care and said about them.for more than 10days they said me we will arrange pick up.and finally they have not arranged anything and also finally one I shouted at the executives and they said me to courier to NR computec which is the vendor of my mobile.i couriered tat to them and call to rediff and said then they asked the bill for proof of delivery.i just asked refund but after 2 months I got a call from NR computec that your money cant be refund if u want it is only possible to replace with a new product.Then they send me a product which is not defective but used mobile.somehow I paid 8000 but they provide a mobile of worth 1000.whatever friends dont buy anything from these criminals.all in the rediff are accused.
Mainly if the vendor is NR computec d.....ont buy anything.., .just logout
