I bought a product on 6 - Oct(order no. 12404328) and no update till 15 Oct. Then I cancelled the product but till 30 Oct Rediff did not refund my money. Rediff is doing fraud.
Indian govt has given free hand to these ecommerce portals and consumers have no legal right.Total waste of time, bad customer support and waste of money as well. Rediff shopping is doing fraud with their customers.
Guys don’t buy anything from Rediff shopping.
