DONT BUY ANYTHING .from this site(https://shopping.rediff.com/shopping/index.html) there are no contacts.you will never be able to get across to them as the telephone numbers are all with automated answering voices which ask one to sms or log on to the site.and when you do.they actually don’t reply.
I HAD PURCHSED AN ITEM(order no.4411776: 1 gb MP4-MP3 Music Player with 1.8 Inch TFT Display LCD Screen, FM Radio & Inbuilt Dual Sterophonic Speakers) FOR A PRICE VALUE OF Rs.1374(you already must be thinking I am stupid, I know that!). They sent me a crap stuff which by mail they confirmed was defective! So I was suposed to send it back by courier(again it cost me Rs120) to the retailer.and was promised the product will be delivered in 14 days.strangely enough.no one picks the phone at the retailers contact and nothing yet has been delivered to me it’s been 20 days already and not a single mail has been replied though they promise a prompt reply in 24hrs!
I am irritated like anything.wish I had visited this site before making the purchase decision.:(
