Worst online shopping site I have ever seen
1 year back I want to buy a nokia 5233 phone so I buy it from rediff shopping when I got its delivery and open the box first of all usb cable is not in the box and when I call to them about it they said usb cable is not available with the phone then next day the battery was empty afer 2 hr as it was full charged then I came to know that it was a used battery I claim for new battery then after few days I have the new battery but now after charging for 3 hours it will give backup of 3 hrs then I found there is a internal circuit problem in the phone the I call about this problem than they said please return the phone to their courier office which is 80 km away from my home but I go there as after few days I got my phone back after service but the same problem persists and after 2 days the software of the phone hang then I spend 200 rs on it for software installation then after few days again it loses software then I call to rediff they said there is no replacement and I have this phone today also as I lost my 4000 rs but I dont want that any one should spend and lost their money in shopping with rediff
