Worst service provider is rediffshopping. Recently I bought a earphone with Mic for Nokia Lumia 710. I received a defective product in which Mic is not working. When I contacted the customer care in phone so many times, they did not responded properly. I remember that customer care lady was Bharati and one guy was Prashant. I do not know why they are there.
Then after getting frustrated with them, I sent mail to customer care ID and they replied that, you send back the product to manufacturer Circonia. I had no option because I have already paid. After sent back the product, I mailed to customer care on that and they told that you will receive the product within 7-10 days. 7 days passed, not yet received. I don’t know when I’ll receive that. For a earphone to get from rediffshopping, I think I have to wait for a month and I don’t know because not yet receive the product.
Horrible experience. If I see them, I want to kick them on their back. There should be some authority to take strong action on rediffshopping when they cheat customer. Never ever buy from rediffshopping. They are cheaters only. I can’t express my anger here. I want the rediffshopping should be closed and not to cheat any customer.
My strong recommendation is don’t even open their site. Still if you are buying from rediffshopping, then God also can’t help you only you’ll get bad experience.
Kick them out.
