My experience is as follows;Order no. 10029751
Supplied an item, which is not the one displayed on the website
I sent a message, and they agreed for a return
It is a glass item(camera lens filter), and I could not find a courier agency to carry a glass item . all of them refused
Rediff does not have reverse pick up system . so the responsibility is completely on the customer
Only seven days time is given for the return . so practically the promise is useless
There is no way to contact them . it is completely on their will whether they would contact you or not
In my case, they have stopped responding .
So, there is no after sale customer support. My request to all please do not purchase anything from Rediff. If you are lucky, and the product delivered by them is alright, then there is no issue. But if there is some problem with the supplied product, be sure that there will be no support from their side, and you will lose your money. Be careful about Rediff shopping.
