Rediff shopping worst experience

Rediff online shopping is worst experience. I ordered 3 products. Head lamp, not working. Bluetooth pill, wrong clour, bad quality, Head set another really bad stuff.


All are worst than toy products. Worst than that, to cancel product I myself have to send the courier. On top of that, it is already more than a week I am trying to get right Address to send courier.


One product is couriered to the right Address, they got the product but no info on refund. One of the Address is from one remote village in West Bengal where most of the courier guys don’t deliver there.


One product address I didnt get yet. Many mails I had sent, I got revert twice with two address but after that I didn’t get any revert.


No update on whats happening. Then customer care another big thing, every time I have to wait around half an hour to get connected, that is lucky.


And once they pick up, I am sorry to tell really bad response or skills. Many time, call get disconnected, don’t know they intentional do it or happens.


My order num: 10771912 and 10771894, I expect CEO or any responsible person from rediff notice this and get my refund immediately back. I also don’t want any voucher from Rediff on my courier charges, I want refund.


Charge for one courier is INR 310. Two more courier I need to send. I want right address and all my cash to be refunded to my account ASAP.
