I recently done my first shopping on Shopping.Rediff.com, the experience is too worst. The site is too bad to shop. The customer care will call you, if there is any item added to your cart and will tell they will help you in ordering the product.
Once you order then you need to wait for long the worst thing is they will charge around 80/-rs for shipping and they wont ship the product at all.
You will always get’our customer care is busy’ messaged when you call to them. They will never work on your issue. They will tell tomorrow your product will be shipped but it will never happens.
Also there is a seller called Ojja Enterprises, who wont ship the products at all. I am one victim of this site now.
One small thing we can observer they are one of the oldest e-commerce sites in India. But since Rediff is doing these kind of fraud business they are not even in the top 10 shopping sites in India.

Guys strictly avoid them, finally the footpath sellers are much better than them
cheatiff.com+ Fraudiff.com the next names for Rediff.com
I lost my money, please do not do any shopping with them, if if they give 50% discount coupons.
