I had the worst experience in my life with rediff.
I had ordered a book called ’Men of steel’ from Rediff. The price mentioned was INR 295. I ordered it and received the book in around 7 days. But when the book reached me, I saw that actual price of the book was just INR 95. It was written everywhere on the book (back of the front cover as well as at the back of the book).
Now, how the hell a book whose actual cost is Rs 95 be sold for Rs 295. This is outrageous. I mailed Rediff citing all the details in the mail. But they simply did not reply. Whenever I go to their site do some search, add it to my cart and leave it as it is, I get a mail from them in no time saying that you can do so and so to complete your order. Please complete it and place the order.
But when I want to hear from them genuinely, they have gone in hibernation. Do not know if they have a customer care person reading the mail or not.
I am feeling so very cheated by Rediff. If they do not listen to me, I would simply stop shopping with Rediff and will advise all my friends against this site.
All the people reading this review are advised to do a good amount of research regading the price of the product before you shop with Rediff.
