Customer care sucks

I had ordered (#8192815) a catapult on 28/6/13 but decided to cancel. contacted customer care (18002662333) - was told to send mail to customersupport@rediff.co.in - gave cancellation request same day both from their website (ack#013-484-947) and by mail (ack#013-484-862) - no feedback at all. contacted phone support 3-4 times - no one aware of cancellation request or earlier phone contacts - promise to ’revert back within 2-3 hours’ - nothing happens.


Their attitude is atrocious and, by the way, the recorded jingle about rediff shopping when put on hold is horrible, irritating.
