I purchased a VCD player from rediff, I had high hopes from a big portal like rediff but I was surprised when I got my hands on the VCD player...not only was the VCD player delivered late it was also not working when it reached me...in spite of more that 8-9 mails which I have written them there is no response what so ever to my e-mails.
The after sales service is as poor as it can get.
to add to this the website claimed the VCD player was made in Japan but the product is local made...infact it does not even have the name of the manufacturer on it...there is a label stating that the VCD player users Japanese components!!

This is outright conmanship...i would strongly advice all potential buyers at rediff to think twice before buying at rediff
