The System is not that much secured as in ’Ebay’. My experience.....
I ordered 4 items in Rediff... and 2 items..

*The Flask is not performing its function and found defective. I informed to Supplier, he accepted it.He told that the defective product will be taken back by Rediff team and they would send the item to supplier.I put this issue in Rediff customer service and no reply for a long time.
Later they told me to send it back! with my courier cost.. I send it.(Rs.115) after one week they send me a item which also have the same problem. (I doubt that they sent the same item with new cap(that cap have lot of damages this time)with finger prints) When I asked them, they cut the phone or didnot reply promptly. Seller: N R Shoppe

The Product is totally different from the picture shown and the description given about this product.As I don’t have any phone details of supplier, I put the issue in Customer service.No reply from Rediff regarding this.
There is no direct customer complaint service system in Rediff and no proper reply or support in get back the new item or the send back charges.
Those who did shopping with Ebay could feel this!
Till they correct their system, I could tell all my friends not to do any shopping with Rediff.
