If you are lonely and have nothing much to do, then please shop on rediff shopping. they first screw up on your order, then when u call them and tell them that they’ve screwed up, they tell u that they are sorry and cant do anything and that we have to contact the vendor from whom we’ve purchased the product directly. then when one refuses to contact the vendor since we have shopped for it on the website they then decide that oh !!! well indeed it is their job to speak to the vendor. they then come and pick the item from ur home and then starts the nightmare.
they tell u the cheque will be replaced in 7 working days... you count... 7...8....9... 10...20... no reply... when u call them they say that they’ve just replied... 21... then u call them again... "Madam, i’ve just replied... " 22.... and ur waiting for ur money to get credited.... then u call customer service and blast them.... they then tell u after almost half a month that all this time u were actually calling the wrong dept... you have to send them an email... after telling them that u’ve indeed sent them innumerable emails and no one is replying, they apologise again... and again... and again... then tell u madam u have to send an email... they lie... u get F***ked in the brains.... but life still goes on... u need your refund... 23..... my money has still not been refunded back to me... my total cost for my item... is Rs 4750/- a high end item... but to this day... no refund has been made... i’m still calling still waiting that hopefully someday the lady at the bank will indeed tell me Madam your money has been credited to ur account....
As an avid internet shopper, I must tell u that Rediff shopping sucks...!!! dont ever shop on on rediff shopping... please check other websites.... the prices there are much less compared to rediff... they service is impeccable... and extraordinaire... and their customer service executives are very capable to handle any query with panache and ease... be it indiatimes shopping, indiaplaza, fabmall or even a chindi chor website like Chennaishopping.. They all have wonderful service... unlike the reputed rediff... actually im not sure what is so reputed about rediff but am definitely sure that at the way they handle things and the way they are moving towards someday they will surely have to shut shop...
