This is fraud website to sell some unsold products online. Here is my real exp with them.
I had ordered for a product and requested for an early delivery before buying. They assured me with full confidence that I will be getting the product in 2 to 3 working days.
I placed an order, after placing the order no confirmation email was sent to me. I kept calling the customer care which is again pain in the wrong place. To talk to a customer care executive I have to wait in the queue for almost 15 mins.
I kept calling them more than 7 times before I got the product. I finally got the product at the end of 8th working day(assured time on the selection page and email was 7 working days). I opened the package and was irritated to see a wrong product sent!
I called up customer care again and after much waiting time I was answered saying that they are sorry and they will arrange for further actions.
I got an email after 2 days asking to me send the product again back to them spending our own money. They said the money they will refund is a voucher which can be used for further shopping with rediff. am I mad to shop with these buggers again. Finally I am cheated and still there’s no sign of the product being replaced.
