Hi friends, somewhere I found an add that shopping.rediff.com selling new cameras with good discount so therefore I visited on their web page and made comparison of two Sony cybershot cameras A and B, thereafter Id decided to buy A so therefore I proceed for payment, few second latter I was prompted on Rediff.com order confirmation page. I was shocked, to see the invoice. Invoiced product was product B. Immediately I talked to their customer care and explained all. So many times their executives persuaded me that your order was cancelled from our side so you dont worry. Meanwhile I found order status was updating progressively on their web page.
This was continued for couple of days, and I dont know to what shall I do?
Suddenly I decide to search contact detail of Rediff e-commerce zonel sales head from Google and luckly I got the number.
Then I had contacted him and told all the story, and requested him for cancellation of my order. After few hours I was communicated via email that order no. So and so had cancelled and payment shall be refunded with 14 days to your same bank account, finally my money refunded in due of committed time. I had experience the worst services as well supports of online shopping from rediff and I never suggest any body to go for rediff.
