I have ordered a rear view mirror cover from Rediff about 10+ days back and have been assigned a airway bill then no trace of the order yet, the toll free support no takes forever to place an cancellation, response from support mail is false assurances, now in a fix neither they delivery the order or there is a way to cancel my order. Thinks of my ordeal. I an assure you never never again do business with Rediff again.
