I would like to give feedback on the order I placed from Rediff Shopping last week.
I had very disgusting experience with the customtakeouter support provided by Rediff(I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS ON MouthShut_Official.COM BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:().
I placed an order on the 23rd Dec, 2010 & the gift was supposed to be delivered by 27th Dec, 2010. The bouquet I ordered showed a delivery time of 1 day on your website but it reached the destination at 0930PM on the actual date, that too after continuous calls to customtakeouter care & also to the vendor. I contacted customtakeouter care on Friday at 0545PM and the security guard of your company picked up the call & said that the staff has already left although the working time was mentioned to me as 0930-0630PM from Monday to Friday!
When I finally contacted your CC on Monday(on the delivery day-27th Dec, 2010) five times and in the 3rd & 4th time, it was told to me that the system is down and they cant support although since morning they were assuring that the bouquet will be delivered to the destination before 6PM but nothing was in line even till 0545PM from your end.
When I asked to make me contact the vendor(RIGHT FLORIST) directly, it was told me that they are not allowed to make outgoing calls, and neither they let me talk to any of your executives!
The worst of all is that the bouquet I ordered and the one delivered to the destination was absolutely different & was pathetic. It was a bunch of some mixed flowers although a bouquet of exotic orchids was ordered. If any one really takes the botheration of reading this feedback, then I would NEVER RECOMMEND REDIFF SHOPPING to anyone ever again!:-@:-@
