I had purchased a portable laptop table from rediff. I received the product almost a week delayed. The piece I received was defective which I had to courier back. I have been constantly following up with them from 2 months just to get things done and still its in process. The Customer care and service is horrible. If you receive anything defective then god only should save you.
This is my experience so far. Yet to get my replacement. Still struggling. I purchased product of 700Bugs and almost spent 300bugs on phone just to track things :(
Note: Company like "Gadget bucket" sell products via Rediff. If any defective Rediff doesnt take responsibility of replacement. They will give you vendor number to check with them. horrible but true.
