MY WIFE HAD ORDERED 6 PRODUCTS FROM Rediff Shopping(Order # 8635671) which was APPROVED ON 15th October’13.
Pls. see below mail:
1.We had ordered 3 dresses & 3 toys. 4 days after placing the order, I am informed that one dress is not available!. If the item was not available why show it available on the site? 4 days after having placed the order I am informed it is not available causing great inconvenience & no reasons are also given for sudden change in order.?
2.Also, 2 other items were listed to be delivered in 3 days. It has been 7 days now & the item has yet to be delivered & there is no intimation also on the same till date!
3.Till date I have received only 1 item, and THAT TOO IS WRONG! The item does not match even the picture given with the product on rediff.com!
THE CONFUSION & MESS CREATED IS WITH MY ORDER IS NOT NEW & HAS HAPPENED BEFORE IN PREVIOUS ORDERS, BUT THIS TIME I CAN’T KEEP QUITE. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC & EVERYTHING IS GOING WRONG WITH THE ORDER PLACED.
With this kind of service, I would not advice anyone to shop on Rediff as this website is cheating buyers.
AJIT BALAKRISHNAN - CEO of Rediff should be ashamed of such a website & seems to be not even bothered with so many poor reviews.
