I bought a butterfly massager from rediff, and it came to me as a defective product. I immediately informed them about it via email. Got a response after couple of days that they agree with me and that my entire amount will be refunded within next 7 days. So far so good.
Its now almost 20 days, I have not received my amount back. Moreover, the worst part is that they are not responding to any of my emails now. Just ignoring me as if I dont even exist.
Delays can happen, I do understand. But not responding to customers query, that is audacious!
