Have always been a rediffmail user and was just browsing and liked a product on Rediff.com....Ipod...however was skeptical to make an online purchase of the same. Was heading out of town, did not have time for shopping and wanted the product for my journey......thought I’ll take my chance.
Placed my order on Tuesday and sent a mail to Rediff to deliver my product latest by Friday as going out of town and post that delivery would be useless. I was informed that as per policies delivery will happen in 10 days....but they will ask the seller to dispatch my product on priority. I requested once again but did not have much hope coz the person on the line was not convincing enough.
Nonetheless, I forgot about it in the midst of my preparation...but was surprised when I got a call from home on Friday afternoon that a package had arrived by courier from Rediff.com. I was quite thrilled and impressed. On going home I checked for sure that it was the Rediff order and it did work fine too.
I had to revert to their mail congratulating their efforts and for letting me have my product before the journey.....Ofcourse in future, will bear in mind to place my order well in time.
