Rediff shopping experience

I Ordered a new Nokia Headset from Rediff. I received the product on time, but the product delivered is a used one and not new. The body of the headset is damaged and packing is that of a old headset. Moreover, the headset model was manufactured in 2004, and they sold that as a BRAND NEW one!! Now, when I am trying to contact Rediff or the vendor, no one is responding.


It’s the worst treatment I have ever witnessed for the customers. I have called the vendor 50 times but the phone is coming engaged all the time. I tried to contact rediff customer care, but there is no contact number given. I have posted questions to rediff from their website for 15 times now. I haven’t received any reply from rediff.


NEVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM REDIFF. The services offered by rediff is pathetic and the customer care division is the worst part. There no contact number given so that we can call the customer care and inquire about our questions.
