This is the second time my online transaction from Rediff, and in both the cases, it is very disappointing.
Recently I have made online purchase of Jupiter J111 3G GSM Dual Sim Smartphone. In relation to the price of Rs 4000, it is the worst phone I had ever come across. The battery won’t last for more than an hour, even without using it. It needs continuous charging. Even though the signal is good, the voice communication is always broken. Despite my complaint, no one ever bothered to reply or rectify the issue> I don’t think I would ever purchase anything from Rediff again.
