usually I ordered jewelry twice. Was extremely happy with first delivery n looked great. Hence ordered two more sets second time .second jewelry came faulty. Was expensive as had paid already 4599/- They said they will pay 10% discount which was of no use to me. Finally they agreed since faulty they shall pay for return n refund.
Sent via mail with tracked. Had already paid tax when jewelry arrived to home and hence was a costly affair. Product wasn’t delivered despite being 20 days although tracking had ended. Customer service is very monotonous with response n can get annoying. All numbers on website are rubbish n gets disconnected. Finally after multiple mails I got my product refunded but never got money for the postage they promised.
