I recently bought an item at rediff shopping, vide order number: 9129*8. from then on, this is my experience.
It took about one day for them to confirm that they received the money, even though I paid through my credit card, and the payment was instantly successful
At this time, their supplier took one complete day to’ship’ the item; God knows why.
So, rediff send an e-mail that my order is shipped and the shipment by’velocity courier’ number is:90000643994 and can be tracked via the website https://velex.in.
In all good faith, I tried to open the said website, it is no way related to a transport company.
So, I could not stop searching and found an organization in Hyderabad who are’velocity courier’. I found finally their website, and the shipment number does not exist on their website at all.
at this point I contacted rediff . asking the status . they say the shipment is in transit. I tried to make some logic . a parcel will reach Hyderabad from Delhi even by the slowest train in 2 days . why you need 4? No answer.
Any question you ask . the answer is’your parcel is in transit’ . in which part of the world? . God knows.
Surely the Rediff shopping is a fraudster, which I have complete evidence about. Unfortunately these fraudsters get away with these crimes.
