I bought an e cigarette from Rediff shopping (order no. 8477620) and I got a defective piece which doesn’t work. I cannot return it as I have tried one cartridge (which of course was useless as the product doesn’t function). So, I am at a total loss.
I wish to go to the consumer court as no delivery was given as promised, and even after I myself bought the product from their warehouses, there are problems.
