I ordered certain product.The discount coupon was not applicable on COD, I guess. So I thought of cancelling this order and paying by credit card. But the order is not cancelled after many requests. No one picks up the helpline phone. It goes to an answering machine. Left a message to cancel the order there too.
And now, I get an e-mail and an SMS saying the order is approved and will be delivered soon.Tried contacting again and sent an email too, but I think the conversation is only one way.You order and you are stuck.
I would say ’stay away’.There are many better options.
