Guess what ? I have just been fooled by rediff shopping ..I deserve it though as inspite of reading previous reviews on mouthsut about rediff shopping, I still decided to buy a mp3 player through them.
Payment was done using credit card. shopping and payment is smooth but sadly that’s where the honeymoon ends. I waited for around week and half for my order but nothing was delivered. Then I wrote 2-3 mails to customer care after which they responded.Response takes ages and generally contains a standard line everytime "assured that the product will reach you in blah blah blah..".when I tracked the order, all I saw was despatch date being updated over and over again.
Ultimately after almost a month of correspondence, the product was delivered to me.
But my woes didnt end there. The product ad claimed it used some japanese technology but what was delivered was some downmarket stuff containing no user guide..(Infact i’ve observed that much of the stuff advertised there is of a poor quality and hence priced a little cheaper.). I had a tough time figuring out how to use many of its so called " features "
The voice quality wasnt any good...All in all a load of rubbish..
Also, I have noted that images of some products(like toys) are zoomed so dont be fooled by them..Incase u are buying something expensive then use only the COD option..
I normally buy items online through sifymall, fabmall and and find them to be much more professional than rediff shopping.
