I had ordered a maxphone c2(order ID 13127815) through Rediff shopping on 18.02.2016 and received a wrong product on 26.02.2016. From 26.02.2016 I continuously taking with their executives and writing mails to their email id but there is no proper response from there side.
Not getting any reply mail from their side and if I am calling on helpline number they always say it will take 24-48 hours and after 48 hours again they will say it will take 24-48 hours.
After 15 days of my wrong delivery finally they send me a text msg on 08.03.2016 that the ecom express courier person will come to you to pick the product pls keep ready the product but no person has come till two days and now on 10th the person has come but he has not picked the product saying the product is not matching with bill. I told him that this is the reason that I am sending it back. I purchased maxphone c2 but they send me Q-tel product. After my long discussion with courier person he didnt agree with my words and not picked the product.
After that when I again talked with customer care they are saying it will take 3-4 days to inform the courier service, so you have to wait till time.
So this is the my bad experience with rediff shopping. I always preffer online shopping and have purchased lots of things from flipkart, amazon, snapdeal but never faced this type of irresponsibility.
I request all my friends, pls dont shop from rediff shopping. This is my last shopping from rediff shopping. I will never buy any single thing from rediff.
