My story is like this..
I place an order, comes to me broken. I complain. They ask me to courier it from my own money to the seller. OKAY. I do that. The seller refuses to accept my courier!! I get the defective product back. Next. I call again. I write again. I write reminders.
I now get a new address of a different city. I am again told to courier from my own money. OKAY. I take the pain and send it again. I mail the courier details. Now. Its like I sent it to some place from where no acknowledgement comes. Now I write again. I call again.
I get a recorded apology but nothing happens. I write again. I get a template reply. I write again. I get a dumb request for the courier receipt. OKAY. Nothing happens. I call again. I write again. Its been 6 months... I make a fool of myself.
