I just celebrated the anniversary of an order placed on Rediff.com. Please find below the chronological happening:-
1) I order an Egg Boiler somewhere in Dec 2009-Jan 2010
2) Got the delivery
3) The boiler didnt work at all
4) I raised concern and sent back the same thru courier
5) Customer Care replied they would refund my money.
6) Mail exchanged here and there .6 months elapsed
7) Customer care executive is replaced. He promises me for action
8) Three months elapsed and I follow up regularly
9) I am following up till now and the new customer care executive is not responding. I am absolutely frustrated and dont know where I should go.
10) It is Feb 2011 and I am not recieving any reply from the customer care.
Can anyone suggest where should I knock at for help.
I am haraassed both monetarily, mentally and continous torture for 14 months while my money is locked with rediff.
Their service really s*cks!
