Shopping.Rediff.com is one of the old online shopping website in India. As I purchased one product one year back by seeing there offers in one website, I really attracted to it and purchased one watch costing rupees.400 and all shipping charges total bill was 510 rupees. It was looking very good on website and orderd it. But they shipped it after 12 days and finally got through Delivery courior, b.c Road.
Packaging was quite good and opened at home and the watch was really poor as its belt was very old and belt design was also poor. And about the battery it not came for 2 months also, so I called there customer care and they are very slow and picked the call after the 20 minutes and told all the problem but they arw not ready to take it back as it was offer.
And also they told may be you only did damage our products are always perfect. By seeing this I never bought product after this. Dont go for it!
