I ordered a smartphone on rediff shopping because the price in their website seemed very attractive, but today I am paying for buying this product from them.
I received a defective earphone with the product. I asked for a replacement, but got no response from their team. I got frustrated and asked for a refund after a week.
Its been almost a month now and in spite of repeated calls and emails there is no proper response from the team.
The customer support does not seem to understand emails in simple English. You ask something and the response has no relation to what you have asked for.
For instance, the day the product was to be delivered, I was in France on work and could not pick their calls.
I sent a mail to them requesting change of contact number and they responded saying we are sorry for the delay in delivering the product, we will ensure a quick delivery.
Overall a very disgusting experience with rediff shopping and will not recommend anyone to buy from them and nor will I ever buy from them.
