I ordered some jwellery from rediff shopping & I am sick & tired of waiting for the delivery. Its been a month now. I have NOT received my Product & have no hopes of receiving it now. If this is the way rediff makes money... ITZ SICK.
And I think no one works at the the customer service , I sent so many requests & no one responds.
And the worst part is they do not have a number where we can call them, This clearly shows how rediff thinks about its customers.
I think its high time people do something about them. But the question I how.
I repent on ever visiting the rediff site...i feel the money I spent on shopping at rediff would have been better off if I had given it in charity.
But using this method to make money is really a shame for such a big name.
Is there some way rediff can see this????
