I had ordered a cricket bat on December 30 by giving my residence address in Bhandup by paying via net banking as I wanted the product urgently. I called up the vendor grahakji based in Navi Mumbai on January 8 and the person told me that it would be delivered to me maximum by the next day. I called up again on January 10 since I did not get the product till then and they told me that there were some courier and OCTROI issues due to which I have not got the ordered product. I was also told that they were working specifically for me since Saturday and Sunday are holidays for the organization.
Today is January 13 and I am yet to receive the product. There has been no updates from any people regarding the delay. Finally, frustrated, I did manage to call up rediff shopping customer care. They told me that if the order is cancelled it will take 7 days for the refund, which means that rediff shopping blocked my money for nearly a month and I have lost out on the interest for it. Is someone going to answer for the poor service? Rediff shopping claims that it is the best website for online shopping.
Well, that claims certainly seems to be a joke.Am sure many customers of rediff shopping will have the same experience to share. Looking forward to some kind of response from rediff shopping on my complaint.I vow for sure that I will never ever shop from rediff shopping again.
Request all people, whoever use e-commerce method for buying anything, please please avoid rediff shopping for sure.
