We bought a shoe rack with order no: 8803266. The shoe rack received was completely different and old damaged product. They asked us to return it back for refund and assured that they will pay the courier charges also.
After returning the product, we still after 2 months are following up to get a cheque. Support simply replies as finance team is looking into it.
Anybody please tell how to get this refund? Can we initiate a complaint legally through consumer court?
