Hi Guys,
I am updating this as rediff guys asking me to do that.
let me explain what had happend after that.
I got my money back and at the same time the the gift is sent to my indended receipient after a long struggle.
Happeded to see the watch which was delivered, it was just Rs 50 worth.
GUYS I JUST COPIED THE MAIL COMMUNICATION b/w me and rediff
I dont have to say anything apart from this..
Hi Neetu ,
The following is for your information which I received from Aramex courier customer service. The final conclusion is that my shipment
is lost by Aramex.
I am no way related with Aramex as for as this shipment is concerned.
Rediff.com is the one who is responsible for to deliver my shipment since I purchased it thru rediff.com.
I herewith CC this mail to TimesOFIndia media and Sindhu from Aramex.
I want my shipment to be delivered before end of this week.
Even then if it does not happen , Sorry to say I ll escalate this issue to media.
Please take care of this as I lost hope on Rediff.com and also online purchase.
Thanks & Regards
George Savariar
