Worst online shopping experience

This is worst online shopping experience  ever. damaged goods, no replacement for more than a month now. no refunds. Pay for ur courier to send the goods back.


I had ordered for a weighing scale last month. As it wasn’t delivered for a few days, I sent a mail to the seller, one Parul Sikka but I haven’t received any response yet. I called them couple of times but still no response. The scale was  finally delivered after 12 days and to my utter shock, it was in shambles with literally every piece inside broken to bits. I had to courier it back to the seller after consultation with rediff customer support.
