I bought a beer mug at Rediff for which I choose to pay online. The product was not delivered to me by the promised date. I had to followup several time to get the product.
What I got was absolutely different than the specification. I returned the product on the same day.
It has been 1 month since. I call them daily and have sent several mails but I haven’t received my money back. Whenever I call the response I get is that I will get my money in 2-3 days but money doesn’t come. It takes more than 4-5 days for them to respond to mails.
Though I have got 2-3 apologies mails but I haven’t got my money back. Despite raising the issue to the top most level I haven’t got my money.
They have opened this online store to cheat and harasse people.
Neither the product came on time
Nor it was of the specified quality
Nor I got my money back.
I am just stuck
