Rediff shopping is useless portal where you can waste your valuable money to these fools. I thought they must have improved after 3 yrs but no change at all.
I ordered three items and two were faulty (LED light and mosquito killer) . In each communication they said it’s rare but in actual it’s very common. I did follow up with them and they did nothing. Now a mail came to me saying you have crossed the 33 days limit to resolve your issue so we will not entertain your request now ...
