I bought a educational Robot Making kit online from shopping.rediff.com. The product was delivered defective to me and I made a complaint in less then an hour of the receipt of the product.
Its been 6 days and the customer service center is asking me to write directly to the vendor, which generally should be their internal process. I still followed their advice but am not receiving any response from the Vendor or the Customer care. I might just loose Rs.500/- but I write this mail so no one looses their hard earned money on such websites.
"JUST STAY AWAY FROM REDIFF SHOPPING AND DO NOT FALL PREY TO ITS LOW PRICING. THEIR SERVICES ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE"
