I am writing this review with the purpose of what happens to me, I dont want that to happen with any other.
I have purchase 2 mobile from this pathetic indiatimes shopping portal by EMI. They committed delivery in a week for my order. I waited till 8 days but still my order was not dispatched from indiatimes. Then I called customer service executive, they told me that it will be dispatched by tomorrow. I waited one more day but same still it was not dispatched so again I called them back. This time they said that it will take 10 to 15 more days as they dont have this product in stock. Hence, they asked me to cancel the order.
Now, due to this order cancellation the bank charged my penalty for cancellation. Here my only mistake was that I purchased from shopping.indiatimes.com.
Now below are my simple questions that one must have to think before buying.
If they dont have item in stock then why they are taking the orders.
If they come to know that due to out of stock the item will be available after 10 to 15 days then why dont they have guts to call me and inform about the situation. Why do I have to call them 4 to 5 times for my product even if I have paid the money.
They dont have any commitment towards customer. they just dont care about it. Due to their mistake I have been penalized but they dont regret to it.
What happens with me was bad and after that I felt that lets share it so that other people come to know about these peoples reality.
