I HAVE NEITHER GOT MY REFUND NEITHER YOU HAVE TAKEN BACK THE *OLD/USED PHONE THAT YOU DELIVERED! *
WHAT GUYS ARE UPTO? I AM SURE THE WAY YOU ARE WORKING, YOU GUYS DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT YOU JOBS.
IF SOMEONE FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS SEEING THIS MESS. CLEAN IT UP!
I NEED MY REFUND ASAP!

Finally my item (a cordless phone) was delivered. But you know what -
when item was delivered it was barely in a packet with no booklet!
it was not more than something picked up from a dumpster and delivered.
wake up folks. Is that what India times shopping is?
does anyone in the senior management get this email at all?
for your sake, look into the matter. Is that what you deliver to custom take out and expect more business?
i fail to understand.
now - i need a replacement or a refund. Let me know the process to get that.
