I placed an order for Nokia Lumia 1020 through indiatimes shopping website on 5th Jan. It is supposed to reach me by 13th Jan. I have been calling the customer care every single day with no response from their end. The shipment date was 10th Jan and till now the status is yet to be shipped. The customer care doesn’t even connect to when needed.
Unfortunately I read all these reviews the next morning and now I’m very scared about the site’s performance. I really want to keep my faith and would like the concerned people to notify me asap about the status of the product and will it ever be shipped or not?
Waiting for a response and hopefully the product.the customer care badly needs a change.
