I ordered Beverly Hills Polo Club Set of 4 Deodorants from this site. To my surprise all deodorants were nearly empty when I received the product. After talking to their customer care representative for nearly half an hour(on a non toll free number), they took down my complain.
More than a month has passed since then and nothing has happened. They just call me every now and then and ask me to explain the problem again and again to different people. One of them told me to return the product, no reverse pickup so I will have to parcel it to some address. The details were supposed to be sent to my email but didn’t get anything. And now when I see their website the case is closed.
They are just bunch of cheaters sitting there to scam our money. I don’t know why I even ordered something from them, temporary insanity I suppose.
I will take them to consumer forum for sure. Please please please do yourselves a favor and skip this site.
