On 7th march I ordered an Apple iPad mini 32gb wifi with cellular in Indiatimes website with order number 3002083041. On 14th march I received a mail saying that my product has been shipped, on 16th March I gave a complaint since I was not able to track it in the courier website with complaint ID 743681.
Till today I was calling them and asking almost daily regarding the status of the delivery they keep saying the same thing over and over again like they are sorry for it and they will call me back in 24-48 hours but till today I haven’t got even a single call back.
After that I have complained here in Mouthshut regarding it and after that I got a call back on 10th April and on 12th April they told me that my order has been cancelled and my money will be credited back within 10 days I didn’t get till 22nd so I mailed them on 23rd on 24th I got a call back saying me to wait till 26th for refund and if it is not credited to mail them back on 28th I am mailing them since 28th April and today is 6th may till now no call back nor refund credited.
Indiatimes is running biggest cheating racket here in the name of reputed times of India. this is the worst online shopping I have ever had. already I have wasted my two months but still nothing. Please people never ever trust this website and give your money to them.
