Still in process even after full payment

My Order No: 3002521578. I bought a mobile for about 12k on 17th July and its delivery date is 25th July. Till now, its in process. I payed full amount.


Even though I read about the bad comments from other people, I thought that you guys would do better to remove that negative impression.


But now I am disappointed. I don’t know what to do. Please tell me what to do.
